All vehicles are offered subject to prior sale. Listing a vehicle on this website does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability. We recommend contacting us before travelling to confirm a vehicle remains available.
We conduct a Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) check on all vehicles we offer for sale. While we disclose the results of our PPSR search to buyers prior to sale, we encourage buyers to independently verify the vehicle's history, including conducting their own PPSR search, prior to purchase. We do not warrant that the vehicle is free from interests that arose after our search was conducted.
Our vehicles are independently used motor vehicles. The mechanical condition and suitability for registration of each vehicle is described to the best of our knowledge and is reflected in its pricing. Unless expressly stated in writing in the contract of sale, vehicles are sold without a dealer warranty beyond what is required by law.
Where a Safety Inspection Certificate (pink slip) is required under NSW law for registration transfer, we will comply with those obligations. Buyers are encouraged to arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection prior to committing to a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Under the ACL, consumers have statutory guarantees in relation to goods, including that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.
